Robert "Bob" Reed is interim Senior VP of Human Resources for Sterling Commerce, responsible for managing human resources and organizational development.
Reed is currently vice president of Diversity & Inclusion for AT&T and has managed Human Resources for major corporations in the healthcare, hi-tech, manufacturing, wireless communications, and consumer goods industries for more than 20 years. Today, he supports AT&T's business units through initiatives that integrate inclusion and diversity into all aspects of its operations.
An active professional, Reed is a featured in “Who’s Who in Black America” in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. He is a Council Member for Diversity Best Demonstrated Practices and a Board member for the American Institute for Managing Diversity. He received a bachelor’s degree in business labor relations and personnel from Ohio University.
