Sterling Commerce channel partners are active and significant players in our ongoing indirect revenue stream. Channel Partners extend the reach of direct sales force into regions Sterling Commerce does not traditionally cover, and expand growth opportunities for our industry leading product lines.

Sterling Commerce channel partners consist of resellers, remarketers and distributors of Sterling Commerce products and services.

Channel Partners are entitled to benefits that include, but are not limited to:

  • Royalties on the sales of Sterling Commerce Solutions
  • Discounts on training and education
  • Customer support via e-mail, phone or the Web
  • Partner communications and updates
  • Access to the Sterling Commerce partner portal, Partner Connection 
  • Access to the Sterling Commerce Collateral Library

In addition, Regional Channel Managers spend extra time with our most strategic channel partners to build marketing and sales plans and offer tiered discounts or royalties on Sterling Commerce sales.
